11 Charlie Scale Modeling is the creative work of a former U.S. Army 11C Indirect Fire Infantryman who served a combat tour in Iraq from 2007–2008 with the 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division. His journey into scale modeling began with a desire to display the Stryker variants he served on — and his search for accurate slat armor led him to Black Ops Models. Since then, their products have become a regular part of his builds, while a shared passion for accuracy and military history has grown into a great friendship. Today, that relationship has reached an exciting new milestone: an official collaboration between Black Ops Models and 11 Charlie Scale Modeling.
