We do refund for change of mind purchases.

Exchanges and Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at blackopsenquiries@outlook.com.

Black Ops Models take extreme care to make sure all parts are of the highest quality but if an item is deemed defective, we will happily replace and ship, free of charge a replacement part.
If your order should arrived broken or damaged by during shipping, we will happily replace the broken part for an additional postage fee.
