Payment Options

Black Ops Models accepts PayPal only, for the security of both our customers and ourselves.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed, and a further notification with your tracking number once your goods have been dispatched.

Orders are shipped within 5 days of payment being received. If there is any delay, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). International customers can shop in their local currency — your local currency will be selected automatically based on your location, or you can change it using the country selector in the top right of the page.

Black Ops Models ships worldwide via Australia Post. All orders are packed with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Free delivery on orders over $150.00 AUD.

Orders under $150 are charged at a flat rate:

• Australia: $10.00 AUD

• International: $25.00 AUD

International Orders & Import Duties

Shipments outside Australia are sold exclusive of GST and may be subject to import duties or sales taxes on arrival. Goods can be detained in customs and fees may be incurred.

USA — US orders are subject to current import tariff requirements. Prices shown to US customers at checkout include a 10% tariff adjustment and a $1.69 import duty processing fee. No additional charges are added by Black Ops Models, though US customs authorities may apply separate processing fees in some cases.

Rest of the World — Import duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order. Black Ops Models is not responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or duty charges imposed by your country’s authorities.

If any item arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us at blackopsenquiries@outlook.com within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Where possible, please include a photo of the damage.

Black Ops Models does not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.

By using our website, you agree to allow third parties to process your IP address in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. Your selected currency is stored in a temporary session cookie that is automatically removed when you close your browser.

Black Ops Models will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Any personal data collected — including your name, email address, and shipping details — is used solely for processing and fulfilling your order.
